Terms of Service

By creating an account you agree to use the Global Ventures Portal in good faith. The portal is a private, invite-quality marketplace connecting high-ticket sales reps with vetted offers. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the portal.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, your login credentials, and the accuracy of your profile. You must be at least 18 years old to use the portal. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform, misrepresent themselves, or violate these terms.

Unlimited access

The Unlimited upgrade is a $27 one-time payment that grants lifetime access to the full board and applications for the account it was purchased on. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Chargebacks, disputes, or refunds revoke access. Access is personal to your account and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

Placements & no guarantee

We facilitate introductions between reps and offer owners. We do not employ reps, do not guarantee placements, interviews, hiring, income, or any specific outcome, and are not a party to any agreement reached between a rep and an offer owner. Compensation, contracts, and working arrangements are solely between the rep and the offer owner. You are responsible for your own due diligence before entering any arrangement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the portal, scrape or harvest data, impersonate others, apply on behalf of another person's account, post false information, or use the platform for anything unlawful.

Communications

By creating an account you consent to receive service-related emails (such as application confirmations, account notices, and security alerts) at the email address registered to your account. These are required to operate the portal and are not marketing emails.

Disclaimers & liability

The portal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Ventures is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses arising from arrangements made between reps and offer owners.

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Global Ventures operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
