Overview

This is not a full cycle sales role. You will be dialing and DM setting warm prospects who have already reached out to us and the offers we run. There is no cold calling — ever.

Your main job is booking qualified appointments on closers' calendars, fully coordinating the prospect to show up with their full attention, and being the right-hand assistant to your main closer.

There is also potential for setter takedowns — if a lead isn't qualified for a high-ticket closing call, you can fully set and close the deal yourself on DQ leads and earn even more commission.

The Role

Work inbound and warm leads only. Prospects opt in through our funnels and content — you follow up fast, qualify them, and book them onto a closer's calendar.

Coordinate the prospect end-to-end before the call: confirm the time, set the frame, get them showing up prepared and ready to buy.

Act as the assistant to your assigned closer — keep their calendar full, keep leads warm, and hand off qualified conversations they can close.

Take down DQ leads yourself when the opportunity is there. Full commission on any deal you close on your own.

Responsibilities

Work the inbound lead queue — warm prospects only, no cold calling.
Make 200+ outreaches a day across calls, texts, DMs, and voicemails.
Run the framework, qualify the person, and book the call.
Respond to lead messages within 10 minutes.
Coordinate every booked prospect to show up on time and ready to buy.
Train with your coach every day.
Show up as a teammate, not a lone wolf.

Results

Book 5+ qualified calls per day.
Hold a 70% show rate on the calls you set.
Drive at least 20+ closed deals a month across your closer's calendar and your own setter takedowns.

Requirements

6mo+ of SDR/BDR experience, or you have sold your own product or service.
Strong on the phone and in the DMs. This is the whole job.
Laptop and reliable internet.
New to sales? Expect an extra testing and training ramp before you touch live leads.
Coachable. If you cannot take direct feedback, this is not for you.
Based in the US, UK, or Australia.

Location

Fully remote. Open to people based in the US, UK, or Australia.
The schedule is 12 hours a day, Monday to Saturday. If that sounds like too much, this is not the seat for you.

Compensation

5% commission on all closed deals from the calls you set.
Full closing commission on setter takedowns you close yourself on DQ leads.
Performance bonuses on top.
OTE $3K–$5K/mo. Top performers soar past OTE.
